The Lakeside requires that a 50% deposit be placed on credit card in order for a reservation. Further cancellation and refund policies can be found below. Guests are responsible for any damage to the rooms or items in the rooms or on the property. Please maintain agreeable relations with other guests & staff on the property and respect the shared space. We have a zero tolerance policy towards harassment and maintain an inclusive space. We are located in downtown Wellington and we ask all guests to honour quiet time in all the public spaces and rooms between 11pm - 8am. Guests that do not adhere to the policies and regulations will be asked to leave the property with no refund. All outside visitors that are not guests must register with the office.

Cancellations & Refunds
A credit card deposit equal to half your stay is due at to guarantee a reservation. Full refund is available if the reservation is cancelled by 3pm, 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made from 3pm 7 days to 48 hours prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of one full night. Cancellations made after 3pm 48 hours prior to arrival will result in a full charge for the entire length of stay. Polices can vary for specials, packages and prepaid reservations.
